Polyphenylenether / PPE sheets

This amorphous material has a low propensity to creep, very good dimensional stability, minimal water absorption, and excellent impact strength.

Polyphenylenether (PPE) sheets have a very low moisture absorption rate and offer excellent insulation across a broad temperature and humidity range. Polyphenylene ether(PPE) sheets are one of the few non-metallic materials that can be electroplasted thanks to the alloy composition's strong electrical characteristics.

The polymer polyphenylene ether (PPE) sheets, often known as PPO, has exceptional mechanical, dimensional, and heat-resistant qualities. PPE may be manufactured flame-resistant and has good hydrolysis resistance as well as reduced moisture absorption.

PPE sheets are frequently used in electrical equipment like connectors and circuit breakers, as well as in vending machines and water softeners. It is also used in parts of printers and copiers. PPE is typically combined with PS or nylon to make it easier to process.

Polyamide 6 MOS2 rods

Polyamide 6 MOS2 rods  The addition of molybdenum sulfide (MoS2) to PA6 results in an increase of rigidity, hardness and dimensional stability due to its nucleating effect. Conversely, the material's impact strength is reduced as a result. The additive also lends the material improved sliding friction properties. PA6+Mos2 rods are made of a cast nylon material which using the filler of MoS2 results in an improvement in the degree of crystallinity..

Polyamidimide rods

Polyamidimide / PAI rods Polyamidimide rods have a very high mechanical strength and hardness at low temperatures and very high stability temperature of the mold. The PAI glass transition temperature (+ 280 ° C) of the polymer is higher than the short operating temperature (+ 250 ° C) which means that the polymer will not change its properties even at the highest possible operating temperature, and the parts made of PAI rods will flawlessly work even under excessive heat.
