Square Rubber Fenders
Square rubber fenders are made in different designs and dimensions and can be used in a wide range of marine and commercial applications.
Production of the square shape rubber fenders is performed by extrusion. When a more rigid and stronger bumper is required for use under more severe conditions, square fenders are used when compared to D-fenders.
Square fenders can be used for a wide range of applications as with workboats, tugboats, pilot boats, fishing boats, quays, pontoons, piers, loading bays.
There are three common square fenders types:
- SD fenders - provided with an internal D-shape chamber
- SC fenders - with O-shape circular hole in the middle
- SS fenders - without a hole in the middle
Using bolts and/or strips, square fenders can be mounted in several ways. The correct mounting holes are already made through the fender's side and top and bottom.
The square fenders can be completed according to your designs and specifications. Square fenders can also be produced in a specific radius, vulcanized to ensure that they fit properly around a ship's bow or stern. It is possible to provide square fenders in defined lengths and with beveled ends.
