Realize Speed Assembly of CKD Refrigerated Truck Body
Our CKD refrigerated truck bodies are made from one-piece composite panels. These composite panels can be assembled quickly using simple tools and accessories (such as screws, glue, sealing strips, and screw guns) while maintaining the high strength and structural stability of the box. Compared with the traditional welding assembly method, this method is extremely efficient and simple, even if your operator is not a professional welder, it can be competent, which significantly reduces the complexity of the assembly operation and improves safety. Generally, it only takes 2 to 3 operators about half a day to assemble a refrigerated box. High-efficiency output greatly reduces the cost of vehicle manufacturers.
Box panel is the most important component material of the refrigerated box. Choosing the appropriate composite board for the box is the key to maintaining stable thermal insulation performance. GTeek uses high-quality FRP/GRP foam core sandwich panels as box panels. Its skin material is UV-resistant, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant antibacterial gelcoat FRP sheets, and its core materials are thermally insulated XPS and PU foam boards. We have also developed a new type of FRP sheet – CFRT (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic), which is used as the skin material for refrigerated truck composite panels. This is a new material with higher strength, wear resistance, scratch resistance, weather resistance and low cost. And we provide different design solutions to meet different customer requirements.
Unembedded Sandwich Panel
The panel uses a typical sandwich structure with a simple structure and is suitable for small refrigerated truck boxes that do not require high strength.
Timber frame sandwich panel
Using waterproof wood as the frame structure of the sandwich panel can greatly provide the strength of the panel and provide sufficient connection support between the panels. The excellent nail-holding strength of wood facilitates the installation of other accessories.
Fiberglass Profile Sandwich Panel
Sandwich panels using high-strength fiberglass materials as frame structures are much stronger than sandwich panels with wood structures. Moreover, fiberglass parts do not absorb water, rot, or deform, and their normal service life can reach 20 to 30 years.
Recessed E-Track Sandwich Panel
It is developed on the basis of fiberglass frame structure sandwich panels, and E-Tracks are installed inside the sandwich panels. This advanced design method not only allows the E-Tracks to be installed more firmly but also keeps the surface of the refrigerated truck side panels smooth, reducing the risk of damage to the cargo and the E-Track system itself.

Door Frame
The door frame material is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2.2mm. 304 stainless steel has high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, and the surface is smooth, easy to clean, and difficult to breed bacteria.
Anti-skid Aluminum Floor
Anti-slip diamond floor is a commonly used refrigerated truck floor. It is generally used on small and medium-sized refrigerated trucks or refrigerated trucks with low refrigeration requirements. This is an economical and affordable choice.
Aluminum Duct Floors

Subframe
