Our red High Abrasion Rubber Grade 40° Shore is a high abrasion resistant rubber sheet material particularly suitable for applications such as Lining of slurry chutes, wear protection, conveyor systems and shooting ranges.
Red High Abrasion Rubber Grade 40° Shore is commonly used because of its Premium resistance to abrasion with excellent tensile strength and high elasticity. It has a tensile strength of 25 Mpa.
The red High Abrasion Rubber Grade 40° Shore is made of excellent natural rubber that is resistant to abrasion, impact, and corrosion. In the hardest abrasion situations, the range delivers unrivaled wear performance.
The natural rubber has exceptional abrasion resistance, making it ideal for handling slurries. The intrinsic features of natural rubber, such as strength, resilience, and cut resistance, have a direct impact on wear performance.
The SBR rubber is not recommended to be use with oils, acids, greases, fats and ozone.
