Braided Packing of Novoloid Fibers with PTFE Impregnation
This PTFE packing is braided using a unique lubricating technique that turns each individual fiber into a lubrication reservoir for extended packing life. This is a fantastic high-performance alternative.
There is no graphite in this product. Lubricated using a non-petroleum, proprietary lubricant that contains no sulfur, silicon, or wax. It requires less gland load for a successful seal due to its flexibility to adjust to stuffing box design.

Service Conditions:
Shaft speeds to 1800 FPM; temperatures to 500°F/260°C; pH range 1-13 (except concentrated or hot sulfuric or nitric acid).
Application:
Rotating and reciprocating pumps, washer journals, liquor pumps, refiners, digesters, and a variety of other applications are among the equipment used.
This PTFE packing can be used with Steam, water, acid, chemical, and solvent applications, multi-use in chemical plants and pulp and paper mills, and general service applications where graphite may not be suitable.
