BESKRIVELSE
V-ring tætning - type L er en trykløs aksial stangtætning med en meget kort monteringslængde, der er fastgjort på akslen ved hjælp af en V-ring type L med lige ryg.
Den fleksible tætningslæbe forhindrer snavs, støv og sprøjt fra at trænge ind i strukturen ved at tætte en modpart i en ret vinkel til akslen.
Dette indebærer, at friktionstab og varmeproduktion holdes på et minimum, hvilket resulterer i gode slidegenskaber og længere tætningslevetid.
Når brudfriktionen er overvundet, falder friktionen kontinuerligt, indtil den når cirka 10 - 15 m/s, hvorefter den falder meget hurtigt. Friktionen for V-ring tætning - type L falder til nul mellem 15 og 20 m/s. V-ring tætning - type L fungerer derefter som en rydde tætning samt en afleder.
FORDELE
Den fleksible læbe og hængsel gør det muligt for V-ring tætning - type L at fungere, selv når der er en vis udløb, ekscentricitet eller akseljustering.
V-ring tætninger - type L er helt lavet af gummi, uden stof eller plade metalforstærkning. Som et resultat er de ekstremt enkle at installere. V-ringe kan strækkes og placeres over flanger, remskiver og lejehus uden behov for kostbar demontering.
