Stainless reducers
Stainless steel reducers are applied, to change the pipe size from one pipe diameter to another. Standard there are 2 possibilities, a stainless concentric reducer, which is usually used in vertical pipe lines, and the eccentric stainless reducer that is used in horizontal pipe lines. The length of the stainless reducers is very short in relation to the diameter, so in some dimensions the transition from one to another diameter is very abruptly.
Eccentric stainless reducer couplings connect two pipes of different sizes that are not along the same pipe axis. This coupling has butt-weld, beveled openings for welding pipes together. Made of stainless steel 304L, 316L or other stainless alloys, the lower carbon content of the eccentric reducing coupling minimizes harmful carbide precipitation during welding, ensuring corrosion resistance.
A stainless concentric reducer is used to join pipe sections or tube sections on the same axis. The concentric reducer is cone-shaped, and is used when there is a shift in diameter between pipes. This pipe reducer may be used when there is a single diameter change or multiple diameter changes. Unlike eccentric reducers, concentric reducers have a common center line. Concentric reducers are useful when cavitation is present.
We only supply fittings from TÜV and PED-approved manufacturers with EN 10204-3.1 or 3.2 TÜV acceptance test certificate in accordance with the applicable AD (working group for pressure vessels in Germany) specification sheets.
Stainless Concentric reducer - seamless
Stainless Concentric reducer - seamless Stainless concentric reducers are a kind of pipe fitting that joins two pipes of different diameter. The stainless pipe reducers are available in a range of materials depending on the end use of the products and these fittings are manufactured in inch and metric size. Concentric Reducers are used to join pipe or tube sections on the same axis. They provide an in-line conical transition between pressurized pipes of differing ..
Stainless Eccentric reducer - seamless
Stainless Eccentric reducer - seamless This eccentric pipe reducer fitting is manufactured with the smaller outlet off center to the larger end, which allows it to align with only one side of the inlet. The stainless eccentric reducer must be installed with straight side up so that it can prevent trapping air at the pump suction. The eccentric pipe reducers allow simple connection of different sized pipes. Horizontal liquid reducers are always eccentric, top flat ..
Stainless Concentric reducer - welded
Stainless Concentric reducer - welded Butt welding stainless reducers are used to decrease or increase the pipeline size at a given location. With regards to the Welded Concentric reducers, the open ends of the fittings are aligned and centered one to the other. Generally, the delta in size doesn't exceed the 2 (max 3) sizes to avoid an excessive drop of the pressure in the pipeline (if multiple decreases of the run pipe are necessary, this should be don..

Stainless Eccentric reducer - welded
Stainless Eccentric reducer - welded These eccentric reducers have a shape wherein one side is symmetrical to the source stream and the other side is slanted. These are used between two pipes to reduce the flow of fluid or gas into and out of a pump. Eccentric reducer can also be used inversely to increase the flow of the substance. Our butt Weld eccentric reducer is made of premium quality stainless steel in different grades depending on client’s specification. ..
