This T-piece banjo fittings with a cutting ring are a unique gland for use at the entry of a centralized lubrication system's progressive distributor.

The primary row of the central lubrication pump can be linked to the primary distributor due to the unique layout of this Banjo T-fitting - respectively the high pressure hose can be attached from the pre-distributor to a sub-distributor. 

In addition, using these Banjo T-fittings or Banjo Tees a high-pressure grease nipple can also be screwed. In case of a failure in the centralized lubrication system, this prevents the lubrication system from running without grease or lubricants.

Alternatively or simultaneously, in order to regulate and monitor the pressure rise of the main lubrication pump, a pressure gauge can be mounted.
