PTFE bushings - 55% Bronze + 5% MoS2 filled
We are producer and distributor of these 55 percent Bronze and 5% MoS2 Filled PTFE bushings. Bronze and MoS2 as PTFE additives enhance creep tolerance, thermal conductivity, and wear resistance while maintaining low friction properties.
55% Bronze + 5% MoS2 filled PTFE has better wear, creep resistance, and higher thermal conductivity than glass fiber with PTFE. The compound is easily machined, but has good to average chemical resistance in the presence of acids and alkali. PTFE bushings - 55% Bronze + 5% MoS2 filled PTFE bushings are useful in applications which undergo high mechanical loads or high-speed rubbing contacts where the bronze filler supplies the strength and conductivity to carry away excess, unwanted heat.
If good thermal and electrical conductivity is required in your application, bronze-filled PTFE bushings may be ideal. It also increases wear resistance by adding bronze to PTFE.
Bronze, however, counteracts the PTFE's non-stick properties and chemical inertia, so you should take into account whether these are crucial to your specific case. According to their specific characteristics, other materials such as titanium, nickel or stainless steel (as mentioned above) may also be selected as fillers.
Bronze filled PTFE bushings, especially at higher pressures and speeds, have outstanding wear properties. Bronze-filled components are not appropriate for electrical applications for chemical applications.

PTFE bushings - Bronze filled are available in brown with a hardness of 60 shore D. The mixing ratio is 55 bronze + 5% Mos2 + 40% virgin PTFE.
Compressive strength, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity have been improved. It has also reduced the tendency to extrusion while maintaining good sliding and wear properties, making it the standard material for hydraulic applications.

PTFE bushings - 25% glass filled
PTFE bushings - 25% glass filled Adding glass to PTFE bushings makes it stronger and more durable, as well as reducing flexibility and likelihood of creep. Glass filled PTFE bushings can operate at the same temperature range as virgin PTFE and is similarly chemically inert. Glass has little effect on most of PTFE's electrical or chemical properties. It is resistant to acids and oxidation, but alkali can attack it. Glass in the form of short glass fibers is usually ..

PTFE bushings - 15% Glass + 5% MoS2 Filled
PTFE bushings - 15% Glass + 5% MoS2 Filled This kind of PTFE bushings is filled with 15% Glass and 5% MoS2 Fillers. Often used together with glass or bronze, Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) as a PTFE filler results in a more slippery and harder material. MoS2 also improves compression and wear resistance. MoS2 as one of the best known dry lubricants can improve surface strength and lower friction and wear rate coefficient, while the glass fibers provide structural stren..

PTFE bushings - 25% Carbon Filled
PTFE bushings - 25% Carbon Filled Carbon-filled PTFE bushings benefit from increased compressive strength, decreased deformation during heavy loads, and greater tolerance to wear than virgin PTFE. Since carbon is conductive, it is ideal for PTFE bushings requiring higher thermal conductivity than PTFE itself, and because of its electrical conductivity it can become static dissipative. Carbon in the form of powder or fiber may be added. It may be abrasive, but not as muc..

PTFE bushings - 15% Graphite Filled
PTFE bushings - 15% Graphite Filled Graphite filled PTFE bushings offer some similar advantages to PTFE filled with 'normal' carbon but without the improved wear resistance. Graphite decreases the friction coefficient and PTFE bushings filled with graphite have excellent self-lubricating properties. PTFE graphite is available in dark gray color and has a hardness of 60 shore D. The compounds of these PTFE bushings are 15 percent graphite and 85 percent virgin PTFE. By ..
