Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminated Sheets - PF CC 201 - Hgw2082
PF CC 201 is a cost-effective Cotton Phenolic laminate with excellent electrical and mechanical properties manufactured from fine weaving cotton fabric. A strong finished product can be machined.
PF CC 201 is developed by combining phenolic resin and cotton fabric layers. The material has a high mechanical strength and is therefore ideal for applications needing good wear and load resistance properties (it is also appropriate for dust and other impurities environments).
The Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminated Sheets - PF CC 201 - Hgw2082 also have superior qualities related to friction and soundproofing.
Where appropriate, water, wax, or grease may be used as a lubricant. The material is resistant to various working conditions and seawater and can be used as an alternative to asbestos due to its high operating temperature (up to 120 ° C).
