Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminated Sheets - PF CC 201 + Graphite

PF CC 201 is a cost-effective Cotton Phenolic laminate with excellent electrical and mechanical properties manufactured from fine weaving cotton fabric. A strong finished product can be machined from this phenolic laminate. The Mechanical-thermic charge in combination with a requirement of low friction coefficien is the purpose of this material.  It's used for High rated sliding components in machinery and plant construction.

In this version it uses a graphite as dry lubricant, anti-seizure property. This phenolic cotton cloth laminate with graphite has a lower friction coefficient achieved through the graphite additives in the resin, providing a smooth tread.

PF CC 201 is developed by combining phenolic resin, cotton fabric layers and graphite . The material has a high mechanical strength and is therefore ideal for applications needing good wear and load resistance properties (it is also appropriate for dust and other impurities environments).

Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminated Sheets - PF CC 201 + Graphite are used for machining of Bushings, Guide rings, Friction bearings and linear bearings.

The Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminated Sheets - PF CC 201 - Hgw2082 also have superior qualities related to friction and soundproofing.

Where appropriate, water, wax, or grease may be used as a lubricant. The material is resistant to various working conditions and seawater and can be used as an alternative to asbestos due to its high operating temperature (up to 120 ° C).
