Rubber "D" profiles
We offer semi-round rubber D profiles of dense and sponge EPDM rubber, silicone, CR, NBR , FKM, VMQ and other elastomers.
Our rubber D-profiles have a high resistance against chemicals, handle a wide range of temperature differences and have good flexibility. Due to these characteristics the rubber D-profiles are used for heat resitant equipments and ovens.
Rubber bumpers, insulators or even finger protectors can be replaced with semiround “D” profiles. This is the reason why it is widely used.
The semiround “D” rubber profiles are usually fixed by a double-sided tape. When using a “D” profile you can give protection against bumps or collisions.
The semi-circular elastomeric rubber profile is chemical-resistant has a wide range at temperature-tolerance and very flexible. Thanks to these properties are used for high-temperature distillation equipment and for furnaces.
