Sheets of Polyacetal / POM-H

Polyacetal POM-H sheets are made of a semycristal thermoplastic plastic having high strength, rigidity, and hardness comparable to polyamide, but it has several advantages over them. In comparison with the polyamide, POM-H does not absorb moisture, and therefore, the properties and remain stable in a humid environment, and the linear dimensions unchanged.
 
Polyacetal sheets type POM-H inherent in very good slip, abrasion resistance, good release properties. In general, the properties of POM-H are close to another polyacetal - POM-C, but the mechanical and thermal characteristics are above it. Polyacetal homopolymer (POM-H) has higher mechanical properties, better wear resistance and better suited for use in systems tribological (friction and wear), have increased hardness, stiffness in comparison with polyacetal copolymer POM-C.
 
Polyacetal POM-H sheets lend themselves well to any machining. POM-H polyacetal sheets have a good degree of toughness, including a low-temperature range. POM-H sheets demonstrate excellent performance in water, but constant contact with hot water (more than + 60 ° C) should be avoided. If the operating conditions involve work in hot water it's not suitable
