Alloy X or Inconel® HX is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy with outstanding strength and oxidation resistance at temperatures to 1200°C. Matrix stiffening provided by the molybdenum content results in high strength in a solid-solution alloy having good fabrication characteristics. The alloy is used in gas turbines, industrial furnaces, heat-treating equipment and nuclear engineering. Recommended filler metal for welding is Inco Weld® HX.

UNS N06600, W.Nr. 2.4816   INCONEL® (nickel-chromium-iron) alloy 600 is a standard engineering material for applications which require resistance to corrosion and heat. The alloy also has excellent mechanical properties and presents the desirable combination of high strength and good workability. The high nickel content gives the alloy resistance to corrosion by many organic and inorganic compounds and also makes it virtually immune to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking..

INCONEL® nickel-chromium-iron alloy 601 (UNS N06601/W.Nr. 2.4851) is a general-purpose engineering material for applications that require resistance to heat and corrosion. An outstanding characteristic of INCONEL alloy 601 is its resistance to hightemperature oxidation. The alloy also has good resistance to aqueous corrosion, has high mechanical strength, and is readily formed, machined and welded.   Recommended filler metal when welding are Inconel® 82, 601 or 625 and weldi..

UNS N02201, W.Nr. 2.4061 and 2.4068   Commercially pure (99.6%) wrought nickel essentially the same as NICKEL 200, but with a lower carbon content to prevent embrittlement by intergranular carbon at temperatures over 315°C. Lower carbon content also reduces hardness, making NICKEL 201 particularly suitable for cold-formed items. Recommended filler metal is NICKEL 61 and welding electrodes in NICKEL 141.   Documents 005_nickel-200--201.pdf    ..
