White food quality Viton® rubber sheeting is FDA approved and is resistant to chlorinated hydrocarbons, fuels, acids and heat. It is is not suitable for ketones such as acetone and organic acids.
White food quality Viton® rubber sheeting is popular for gaskets, seals, strip and joints; particularly in food and pharmaceutical applications. We also offer FKM rubber sheeting - white food quality as an alternative to Viton® as this product is manufactured to order.

FKM / Viton® rubber sheeting - white food quality is a 70° durometer, 66% fluorine, 100% virgin fluoroelastomer compound intended for repeated food contact in food grade applications, formulated to meet FDA guidelines as described in the Code of Federal Regulations 21 CFR 177.2600. After vulcanising the material is post cured for 8 hours at 180°C
