Viton® gaskets

Viton® Gasket Materal also known as FKM is the perfect solution for the chemical industry. Viton® gasket sheet material is easy to cut gaskets from, flat seals, door seals and any other industrial applications. Viton® is a high tech. elastomer designed for extreme heat up to -10°C to +250°C, oil and chemical resistance.

Viton® gaskets resist aliphalactic aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbons, concentrated acids, alkalis, animal and vegetable oils. Viton® gaskets are good for applications involving oils, fuels, and mineral acids, and these gaskets of FKM also boast excellent resistances to oxidation, ozone, UV exposure, weather, fungus, and mold.

While also boasting some chemical resistances, the other elastomers are much less universally resistant than its Viton® gasket counterpart suffering degradation from weather and ozone exposure.

Standard Viton® gaskets are in stock or custom manufactured to your specifications.  We can cut the Viton® gaskets for you as per your specific dimensions and design.
