Characteristics:
Flexible hose with helical corrugations in multilayer PTFE with reinforced fibreglass covering and high tensile stainless steel braid 1.4301 EN10088-3 (AISI 304).
Very high reliability and flexibility, resistant to corrosion and excellent chemical inertness, optimal static/pulsating pressure resistance, excellent absorption of vibrations, can be used for particularly severe static or dynamic connections.
Use:
Delivery of aggressive substances like solvents, paints, glues, adhesive materials, and ink; delivery of foods and beverages; lubricating lines for engines and turbo compressors; pneumatic brake lines; delivery of steam, pulp, diathermic oil; delivery of liquid fuels, even to engine rooms or wherever flameproof characteristics are required (MED directive).
Hose types with inner layer in conductive PTFE are advised where, due to the nature and speed of the fluid, electrostatic charges that might damage the hose may be generated (for example, delivery of gas, steam, hot water, inflammable fluids)
