Transparent O-Ring Cord is supplied as a continuous extruded cord and can be used to make custom sized O-Rings when standard sizes are not suitable.

The clear silicone cords can be manufactured in any size from 1.0mm DIA up to 50.0mm DIA, with no special tooling necessary. These silicone cords with transparent color are made of suitable VMQ compounds together with tolerance accuracy and precise transparent structure for high and low temperature requirements. The extruded silicone cords of this type can be manufactured in a range among 20° to 90° shore A, and as a standard they come in Shore 60°.
