Sponge Silicone gaskets
Gaskets made of foam or sponge silicone might be soft, medium-firm, hard, or extra-firm. They provide various degrees of compression. Sponge silicone gaskets must have at least 50% compression, much like sponge silicone gaskets.
They may be closed-cell, open-cell, or a combination of the two. They can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Silicone sponge gaskets which come in a range of grades, hues, densities and thicknesses can be with a skin finish on both faces - pressed or cut. Silicone sponge materials are produced in roll form for thicknesses up to 25 mm and in sheet form for thicknesses above this and up to 45mm - we can cut gaskets in any form or design respectively.
