Spiral wound gaskets with inner centering ring
Spiral wound gaskets have proven to be the most reliable sealing element for use in difficult, critical and arduous duties. Spiral wound gaskets are used in Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Steam lines and Process Industries, where they have many advantages over older types of gaskets.
These gaskets are manufactured to International specifications such as BS, API, ASME, DIN. We also manufacture to customer's specifications. We have a huge capacity to produce precision machined components.
These gaskets are manufactured of a spiral-wound metal strip and a non-metallic filler material. The inner retaining ring increases the axial rigidity and resilience of the gasket.
Characteristics:
- Materials metal strip: Steel - 1.4301, 1.4401, 1.4541, 1.4571, Monel (NiCu30Fe) - 2.4360
- Filling material : Graphite 99,85% - operating temperature -200°C to +550°C , Graphite 98% - operating temperature -200°C to +400°C , PTFE - operating temperature -200°C to +250°C
- Material inner ring: Generally the material corresponds to that of the metal strip.
Application limit:
- Operating pressure max. 320 bar
- Gasket thickness: 3,2mm - 4,5mm - 6,5mm - 7,2mm
- Profile type : MS 12

Applications
- Refinery
- Chemical Processing
- Oil & Gas

Rubber-steel gaskets
Rubber-steel-seals G-ST-flange gaskets and G-ST-P/S profile gaskets The good cost-efficiency (reduced stock keeping, re-useability) of the G-ST gaskets is combined with excellent handling. The latter is shaped by the rigid steel ring core – even at large nominal widths – and the non-sensitivity against unwanted stresses during assembly. The vulcanisation achieves an extreme adhesion between the steel insert and the rubber sheathing. Shifting, separating or blowing out even..
Metallic corrugated gaskets
Metallic corrugated gaskets The Corrugated gaskets consist of a stainless steel wave stainless steel plate with a graphite foil seal seat on both sides. The graphite layers and metallic core profile are adjusted in such a way that a wave crest overlap of 0.1 to 0.2 mm is guaranteed in the restraint condition. This achieves a very low diffusion cross-section. In addition, there is also a high density of the graphite in these areas. Very high tightness (σVU 0,01 = 22 MPa) of ..

Camprofile Gaskets
Camprofile Gaskets Characteristics • The wide seating stress range (minimum to maximum seating stress) of the camprofile gasket makes it: - Highly suitable for varying temperatures and pressures. - Less sensitive to assembly faults (inaccurate bolt tensioning). - Suitable for light and heavy designed flanges. • Dependent upon the layer material camprofile gaskets can resist temperatures up to approx. 1000°C. Camprofile cores are re-usable after ..
