These are generally bespoke and made to customer specifications or chosen from our vast catalogue of over 5000 silicone sponge profiles and extrusions. Our silicone sponge profiles can be supplied in coil form, cut to length or joined into gaskets. Certain silicone sponge profiles can have self-adhesive backing (SAB) if required. They can handle temperatures up to +250°C.
Our compounds produce consistent cell structure that can vary from microscopic silicone sponge cells to quite large resulting in a wide range of densities. The skin on our closed cell silicone sponge extrusions are usually smooth and durable. The results are a longer service life without failure
