We have a large number of sponge silicone profiles with D-section, that can be supplied with a hollow centre if necessary. The silicone sponge D-profiles can be supplied in coils, cut to length, joined into gaskets. Self-adhesive backing (SAB) is also available.

These are generally bespoke and made to customer specifications or chosen from our vast catalogue of over 5000 silicone sponge profiles and extrusions. Silicone sponge rubber profiles are suitable for high-temperature applications – these D-profiles from sponge silicone can handle temperatures even up to +250°C.

The skin on our closed cell silicone sponge extrusions is usually smooth and durable. The results are a longer service life without failure. It is also aesthetically pleasing for use in environments where appearance is critical.
