Metal Detectable Silicone Rubber Sheet - Heat and UV Resistant
Silicone rubber sheeting - metal detectable contains additives which are visible to metal detector scanning equipment, so that any rubber contamination in the product can be easily identified. Silicone rubber has excellent resistance to high temperatures and is manufactured from FDA approved ingredients. It also has excellent electrical insulation and good release properties.
Our Metal detectable Silicone Rubber is a premium grade, non-toxic and inert 60 Duro Silicone Rubber sheet, with very high temperature resistance.
It contains additives, which are visible to metal detector scanning equipment, so that any rubber contamination in the product can be easily identified. The Metal detectable silicone sheets contains iron powder cut to 300 fine mesh in the ratio of 15 p.p.h. complete with silicone rubber binder
The Metal detectable Silicone Rubber Sheet is FDA compliant, per 21 CFR 177.2600, making it approved for repeated and long term contact with food, making Metal Detectable Silicone suitable for highly sensitive food, drink and pharmaceutical sealing and protection applications. The raw materials used to manufacture this material are listed in the FDA regulations.
