SBR Rubber gaskets - gaskets made of  abrasion-resistant SBR rubber

We offer die-cut and custom-made SBR rubber gaskets in a wide range of grades, thicknesses and hardness. SBR rubber's normal thickness varies from 1 to 10 mm. The hardness of SBR rubber gaskets we offer (as per  Shore A) is normally 75A durometer, but on request, the SBR gasket hardness may vary from 40 to 80 durometer, Shore A.

The cut SBR rubber gaskets are usually colored red or black. On request pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing, SBR (Red Rubber) gaskets are available.

SBR gaskets are made of abrasion-resistant SBR rubber, which is the most widely used elastomer for seals and gaskets. Its properties provide superior resistance to a wide range of fluids,  excluding gasoline, oil, alkalis, and acids. SBR is the polymer of choice for applications requiring cheap and quickly made gaskets for any flange sealing application. We fabricate die-cut SBR gaskets in a wide variety of grades, thicknesses, and hardness.
