PVDF Butterfly Valve K4 PVDF Electric Actuator Valves
The butterfly valves with PVDF disc and electric actuator are most abrasion resistant. Plastic butterfly valves made of PP and PVDF are robust valves for extremely sophisticated applications. The PVDF plastic butterfly valves are corrosion resistant and easy to handle thanks to the top flange dimensions being in line with DIN EN ISO 5211 with the electric actuator for automation and thanks to their relatively low weight. Our plastic PVDF butterfly valves are available also with a lever which can be locked in 5° increments or with a corrosion proof plastic gear unit.

PVDF buterfly valves allow the safe transportation of many acids, alkalis and chemical concentrates without fear of corrosion and environmental pollution. PVDF valves guarantee safe working in temperatures range from -40ºC to +120ºC, with short term use possible at temperatures well above this level. PVDF is non-toxic, imparts no odours or tastes into the fluid. It is compliant with USP Class VI for pharmaceutical high purity applications and conforms with FDA regulations as outlined in Title 21, Chapter 1, Part 177-2510 (contact with food) as well as with ROHS. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency recognizes Chemline’s PVDF for use in any food application by “Letter of No-Objection”
PVDF is available in both imperial and metric sizes. The PVDF material and the butterfly valve with adapter plate we offer is lightweight and is extremely easy to install which can save both time and money on any given project when compared to other, more traditional valve materials.
