PU Abrasion resistant hose Magnum Air PU
This type of hoses is made of abrasion resistant PU / Polyurethane and has an embedded crush resistant PVC spiral. The abrasive resistant hose is very flexible and the PVC spiral is with good rigid impact and crush resistant. The abrasion resistant PU hose has a smooth internal surface. This is an ideal PU hose for contact with liquid and solid food products.
The PU abrasion resistant is extremely resistant to abrasion and flexion thanks to the polyurethane characteristics which are five times those of traditional PVC. The abrasion resistant PU hose Magnum AIR PU is resistant to most chemical agents. It has very good mechanical characteristics, waterproof (both sea and fresh water), UV ray and storm resistant.
Magnum AIR PU polyurethane hose is Non-toxic, made of high quality PU and PVC and in accordance with Italian standards DM 21/3/73 and Reg. UE 10/2011, 2007/19 sim. A.B.C.D. and subsequent updates.
- Temperature range: -25°C +85°C
- Applications: suction and delivery of abrasive materials, dusts, waste and organic materials, cereals, etc.
- Bending range: egual to the internal hose diameter.
- Colour: transparent with ivory coloured spiral.
- Available on request in 20 m rolls in the Magnum Air PU-R version with copper wire for earthing
