Polyamide-imide / PAI sheets
Polyamideimides (PAI) has a very high mechanical strength and hardness at low temperatures and under very high. Polyamideimides (PAI) have stability temperature of the mold and a glass transition temperature (+ 280 ° C).
The PAI polymer sheets will not change its properties even at the highest possible operating temperature, and the Polyamideimide parts will work flawlessly even under excessive heat.
Polyamide-imide / PAI is used for manufacturing of:
-
Moving parts, track rollers, bearings, gears, bearing washers (axial bearings) in the production of gearboxes, hydraulic controllers balls.
-
Bushings, vanes, seals, jacks and panels, electrical components and bushings, gears, plugs,
-
connectors, parts of pneumatic and hydraulic pumps, seals, valves, components for cryogenic technology,
-
housing, items furnaces conveyors, hydraulic valves, air grilles, security features
-
clutch seals bearing and sliding bearing portion. It can be glass-reinforced, high quality and stable.
-
PAI - polyamide-imide is used for runners, guide rollers for the paper in printers, copiers, office equipment.
-
Details plugs and test sockets for testing chips in the microelectronic industry, lamp holders.

Polyamide 6 sheets
Polyamide PA6 sheets Polyamide 6 (PA 6) also called Nylon 6 is the most common polyamide which offers a balanced combination of all typical characteristics of this group of materials. Damping properties and impact strength of the material deserve to be emphasized as much as high tenacity even at low temperatures. Compared to the types with fillers, PA 6 / Nylon 6 sheets have a higher moisture absorption, are less wear-resistant, and are slightly..
Polyamide 66 sheets
(PA 66) Polyamide 66 sheets have good rigidity, hardness, abrasion resistance and thermal dimensional stability. With respect to these particular aspects, PA66 offers certain advantages compared to PA 6. Compared to the cast types, PA 66 has higher moisture absorption. With regard to all other characteristics, PA 66 is comparable to the standard cast type PA 6 G, but more expensive. Characteristics of Polyamide 66 sheets: good mechanical ..
Polyamidimide rods
Polyamidimide / PAI rods Polyamidimide rods have a very high mechanical strength and hardness at low temperatures and very high stability temperature of the mold. The PAI glass transition temperature (+ 280 ° C) of the polymer is higher than the short operating temperature (+ 250 ° C) which means that the polymer will not change its properties even at the highest possible operating temperature, and the parts made of PAI rods will flawlessly work even under excessive heat. Polyamide 12 sheets
Polyamide 12 sheets Polyamide 12 sheets have good wear resistance and good sliding properties. It has a very low density among all engineering plastics (1.02 g / cm3). A very durable polymer that can withstand high static and dynamic loads. The distinguishing feature of Polyamide 12 plates - low water absorption, which is typically very high for all other polyamides, which reduces the mechanical, electrical, and thermal characteristics.
