Insulation wired mat - up to 660°C

Mat quilted to a wire mesh. Wired mat is particularly suitable for the insulation of pipelines and technological equipment. With temperatures exceeding 660°C, according to AGI Q 132, a mat quilted to a galvanized mesh with a stainless steel wire or a mat quilted to a stainless mesh with a stainless wire an be supplied upon request.
 
The product can also be delivered with aluminium foil inserted under the galvanized mesh as a dust barrier. 
Maximum service temperature: 660°C. The thickness of the mat must be designed to keep the maximum temperature on the side of the aluminium foil below 100°C. Reaction to fire: A1 and A2-s1, d0 for mat with aluminium foil. The wired mat is produced with hydrophobizing chemicals.
