Graphite Packing 1320HP - pure expanded graphite, inconel wiring and inhibitors

This packing is made of plain graphite extended in yarn shape, strengthened by inconel wiring and inhibitors. High flexibility and enhanced elasticity are ensured by the diagonally braided building.

This graphite packing is applied in broad ranges, but primarily for valves, with difficult maintenance due to hardly available location of assembly.
Excellent conduct can be noted when operating under high pressures, where small mass losses ensure longer service life and improved efficiency.

Advantages

The packing 1320HP has a small mass loss, less than 2 percent as assessed in chapter 6.1. American API 622 standard. Added inhibitors, particularly at elevated temperatures, are an outstanding precaution against electrochemical corrosion.
