Glass Needle mats - up to 550 °C
The fiberglass needle mats are composed of solid fiberglass yarns or sliced fibers, and then sewn by thousands of needles without ceasing. There is no binder or any other sewing medium used to tie the mat.
It is a type of nonwoven, inorganic fiberglass mat that has excellent heat insulation and noise removal. Its filter capability is twice as fast compared to the woven filter content, and it can remove up to 99.9 percent particles.
For short duration the working temperature of E-glass needle mat can be as high as 800 ° and for constant work it's durable up to 550 ° C. Glass needle mats are ideal for continuous use at temperatures up to 1100 ° C (2012 ° F).
