Glass-filled PVDF is a partially fluorinated high-performance plastic, homopolymeric polyvinylidene fluoride, glass-backed, UV stability. Glass-filled PVDF has very good welding and processing properties, especially high resistance to acids and very high heat resistance combined with very good aging resistance.

Applications of the Glass-filled PVDF sheets:

Glass-filled PVDF sheets are recommended for use (including as replacement of PTFE ) at a combination of the following factors:

  • and the operating temperature does not exceed + 150 ° C
  • and this requires good sliding and wear resistance.

The glass filled PVDF sheets are also recommended for use in the combination of the following conditions:

  • operation under the influence of high-energy radiation (radiation), as well as
  • requirements for hydrolysis resistance,
  • good mechanical properties, but the operating temperature does not exceed + 150 ° C.
