TESNIT® BA-R Gasket Sheet:
This gasket sheet is suitable for temperatures up to +350°С and pressures up to 140 bar. TESNIT® BA-R has very good mechanical properties (resistance to high internal and surface pressure).
TESNIT® BA-R is based on a mixture of aramid fibres and NBR soft gasketing materials, in combination with special wire reinforcement. Material has an excellent mechanical, dynamic and thermal resistance.
TESNIT® BA-R is used in many applications in the automotive, petrochemical industry and shipyards. Material has also excellent blow-out safety. The gasket sheet Material is approved by Germanscher Lloyd. TESNIT® BA-R gasket sheets are designed for the automotive and engine-building industries.
COMPOSITION: The TESNIT® BA-R gasket sheet is composed of Aramid fibres, inorganic fillers, NBR binder, and is reinforced with carbon steel wire mesh insert.
PROPERTIES: The gasket sheet material DONIT TESNIT® BA-R combines very good resistance to high internal and surface pressure, with good thermal properties. It has high bolt torque retention. This is a special gasket material for applications where resistance to the high dynamic loadings is the premium requirement.
