Edge trim rubber profiles for edge protection
Edge trim profiles and clamping profiles, are definitions of extruded rubber or PVC profile with a metal insert. To cover a sharp steel edge, a rubber edge trim or edge profile is fastened.
In addition to the clamping procedure, a clamping profile also has a sealing feature through an additional air chamber or lip seal. You can use this profile in doors and hatches. Placement of the edge trim profiles is simple because it has a self-clamping effect from the metal insert.

We can extrude practically any shape (Such as Solid Rubber Profiles, Sponge Rubber Profiles, Co-Extruded Profiles, Flocked Profiles and Profiles with Metal Inserts) in both small and large quantities. Your custom extrusion may be coiled for easy shipping and storage or cut in straight lengths to your desired size.

Our extruded profiles are available in a wide range of elastomers such as EPDM, Nitrile, Neoprene, Silicon, Viton, SBR, Natual Rubber and various other basic raw materials. Extrusions in special materials such as Viton®, Aflas®, Teflon® can be manufactured. We also manufacture Extruded Profiles in special Fire Retardant, FDA approved and other formulations based on customer applications.
