Double-eccentric Butterfly Valve - Cast iron, PN10, flanged - 21184 [pneumatic actuator] 

The ductile iron double eccentric butterfly valve of this type is with double flange design, split shaft and exchangeable EPDM seal. The body is suitable for mounting between flanges DIN PN10 / 16. Short overall length according to ISO5752 / EN558, series 13. The butterfly valve 21184 with pneumatic actuator is with epoxy coating and EPDM sealing. It has KIWA type approval for use in drinking water sytems.

The shut-off valve is provided with a double-acting pneumatic actuator. The sizing of the actuator is based on the use of 6 bar(g) instrument air. The double eccentric butterfly valve can be delivered at option with:

• Solenoid for pneumtic drive
• Switches (choise of mechanic or inductive).

The double eccentric butterfly valve with pneumatic actuator of this type is used for above ground installation. It's resilient seated in accordance with EN 593. The double offset valve  has face-to-face length acc. to EN 558-1, basic series 13 (DIN 3202, F16). This butterfly valve has flange ends on both sides acc. to EN 1092-2. The double-offset disk bearing is mounted in maintenance-free bushing. The double eccentric cast iron butterfly valve - type 21182 is with medium free bearing (dry shaft) in body by means of double O-ring sealing and closed disk eyes.
