Donit DONIFLON® 2020 - Silica Modified PTFE Gasket Sheet
DONIFLON® 2020 is a silica-filled, structurally strengthened modified PTFE gasket sheet. It has excellent chemical resistance to different media, comparable to DONIFLON® 900E; especially recommended in all concentrations for inorganic acids with the exception of hydrofluoric acid.
The silica modified PTFE gasket sheet can be used with Oxygen and has approvals from EN 12308, EU No. 10/2011 and FDA for food contact applications.
Compared to plain pure PTFE material, this modified PTFE gasket sheet material has improved creep efficiency. It is recommended for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as for LNG & cryogenic uses,
