Custom made copper gaskets

Copper head gaskets are designed for use in all high-performance applications that require an extra measure of sealing or use very high compression.

We are able to manufacture custom made copper gaskets and specialize in Copper gaskets for Head, Exhaust copper gaskets, Turbo Flanges copper gaskets. Whether the application is Top Fuel, Circle Track or even Street, there is no better sealing or more durable gasket material than solid copper. Our custom made copper gaskets may be used for Vintage Motorcycles, Cars, Watercraft, Snowmobile and Tractors. 

We manufacture solid Copper shims using computerized precision. Our Company endeavors to supply a readily available, competitively priced, Top Quality copper gaskets for all kinds of applications. We process these custom gaskets to each Customer's specifications, whether the need is Standard or Modified. 

Precision CNC machined from a sheet of solid copper, these copper head gaskets offer precise bore and stud hole alignment for a drop-on fit. Being solid, they will not compress so there is no need to re-torque, and being solid they can not blowout. 

Regardless of the type of use, our copper gaskets are reusable with proper handling and installation, for many engine rebuilds. These copper gaskets can be used with or without stainless steel 0-ring wire installed in the block. They are totally acceptable for street use, as long as a THIN bead of silicone is applied on both sides of the gasket around ALL the water passage holes. 

Copper head gaskets may cost more initially, but the improved sealing and reusability make these well worth the investment in the long run.
