Ceramic fiber rope - with wire mesh
This is a ceramic fiber packing which is particularly suitable for kiln cars. It is made of Ceramic + Inconel yarn, and has an extra outer loosely woven mesh layer made of AISI 304 EN 1.4301 stainless steel wire, diameter 0.22 mm. This outer layer prevents the packing from fraying and helps to keep it intact for longer in the kiln car housing.
Applications
Ceramic fiber rope can be offered with wool center core or in solid sectiion. Sealing joints in boilers, industrial furnaces, oven doors, coke furnaces.
