Castellated Inflatable Seals

The Castellated Inflatable Seals are designed for heavy-duty industrial applications and are able to seal against very big differential pressures. This kind of inflated seals has common uses in any type of radial, axial, and straight configurations. The sealing gap for the castellated inflatable seals must be relatively not so big.

Using high-quality elastomers, the castellated inflatable seals can be made of a lot of materials, although Silicone is our specialty, but it can also be manufactured from Fluorosilicone, EPDM, Neoprene, and others. Castellated inflatable rubber seals are manufactured using precise extruded profiles which also maintain optimum structural stability, which ensures greater tolerance to tear, and superior flexibility.

Our castellated inflatable seals are quick to inflate and deflate and form a watertight seal on uneven surfaces. The castellated inflatable seals can be manufactured in length by request or in FDA approved compounds if needed. They have excellent durability and really wide functioning temperature range.
