Cast Steel Swing Check Valve API 600 ANSI Class 150
Swing Check Valve ANSI 150 for Heavy Duty use and according to the API and BS norms.
Designed for BS 1868/API 600/API 6D and API 598/EN12266-1 stress screened. This heavy duty flanged Swing Check valve provides a broad variety of manufacturing uses for oil industry, boiler plants and can guarantee durability at rough working conditions.
The seat ring and wedge disc are ground and lapped to a mirror finish providing corresponding surfaces for locking.
A free spinning disk layout to minimize localized surface wear. Standard inner HINGE layout eliminates body penetration and facilitates servicing as all sections can be accessed from the top and the valve can be maintained in-situ.
High strength alloy steel STUD BOLTS and series HEX NUTS used.
