Ball Valve Series 88 Fire Safe Anti Static Stainless Steel

Our Ball Valve Series 88 Fire Safe Anti Static Stainless Steel is a heavy duty, fully maintainable three piece ball valve; for use in dangerous areas. A high performance Full Bore Design valve with Stainless Steel valve body with reinforced RTFE ball seat and Graphite filled body and neck seals.

The Mars Series 88 benefits from a unique encapsulated body bolt construction. Body seals are easy to replace and / or maintain in-line without the need for disassembly, simply by dropping the swing out body.

This stainless ball valve has a fire-safe certificate by SwRI (South West research institute TX USA), TUV (Germany) and the latest API 607 4th Edition (reflecting the conditions of a fire in the field). A tremendous advantage throughout the oil and gas, refinery and chemical industries.

Suitable for manual on / off or V control.

• Working Temperature: -20 °C to +200°C.
• Working P: 1/4" to 1" 2000 PSI, 1 1/4" to 2" 1500 PSI and 2 1/2" to 4" 1000 PSI.
• Insulated grip, lockable lever handle.
• ISO mounting pad for easy actuator installation.
• Movement: 90° turn.
• ATEX approved.

Fire safe certified to API607 (4th edition). Antistatic PED approval. ANSI B16.34. Test to EN10204.
