Ball Valve Series 50SN 3 Piece Hygienic Manual Only Tri-Clamp

Our Ball Valve Series 50SN 3 Piece Hygienic Manual Only Tri-Clamp is a fully maintainable hygienic three piece ball valve; particularly suited for manual on / off operation, food processing, pharmaceutical and high velocity sanitary applications. A high performance Full Bore Design valve with Stainless Steel valve body and cavity filled PTFE seats.

Body seals are easy to replace and / or maintain in-line without the need for disassembly, simply by dropping the swing out body.

Live loaded stem packing compensates for wear and fluctuations.

All materials comply with FDA requirements. Suitable for CIP / SIS in-line cleaning.

Specifications:

• Available in Tri-Clamp, sizes: 1/2" to 4".
• Working Temperature: -20 °C to 180°C.
• Working P: 1/2" to 2" 1000 PSI and 2 1/2" to 4" 800 PSI.
• Insulated grip, lockable lever handle.
• Movement: 90° turn.

All sanitary valve components are cleaned and inspected to ensure they are free from contamination of grease, dust and additional hydrocarbon residues.
