Aramid glass packing
Aramglass packing is braided with 4 diagonals and impregnated with a special dispersion. It is produced with aramid yarns and glass fiber yarn. It is extremely hard and compact. This buffer has been designed to achieve the best results taking into account the type of system used and the operating variables, which are:

- Filament dimensions
- Uniform zinc coating
- Homogeneous distribution/zinc saving
- Buffer duration
APPLICATIONS
Buffers for wire-drawing. These are used in wire-drawing in the procedure of galvanization by hot immersion in zinc.
The Aramid glass packing is extremely long-lasting. It has strong chemical resistance, flexibility, and cold flow resistance. It is wear-resistant, but if not applied properly, it might harm the shaft.
As a result, a minimum shaft hardness of 60HRC is suggested. Aramid glass packing can withstand more harsh media and higher pressure than other types of packing. For rapid and simple break-in, the packing is additionally lubricated with a silicone-based substance.
