This abrasion resistant PU hose is very strong, however lightweight and flexible, it’s suitable to heavy duty applications where a very good abrasion resistance is required, thanks to a specially compounded polyurethane 50% more resistant to abrasion of conventional TPU.
Resistant to mineral oils, ageing, atmospherical agents, ozone and to most chemicals. Free of Halogen and Phthalates.
NEXT 15 abrasion resistant PU hose is made of Polyurethanethat combines different properties which make the wall material permanent antistatic ((109 Ohm/m) and resistant to UV. Thanks to the excellent quality of compound used, the hose is more resistant to Hydrolysis than a conventional Ester-based TPU hose. It can be conductive (10 2 Ohm/m) by grounding the spiral.
Application:
passage of highly abrasive granulates, pellets and chips. For granulate conveying systems in the plastic industry, industrial vacuum cleaners, printing machines and for gaseous and liquid media.
