Oil resistant rubber (NBR) 65 Shore - 7 - 8Mpa
Our oil resistant 65 Shore A nitrile rubber is a black premium grade, NBR - Nitrile Rubber sheet, which has petroleum based fuel and oil resistance, including petrol, diesel and LPG. It is also resistant to mineral oils and greases and gas permeability.
Premium Nitrile rubber 65° Shore A has good physical properties including mechanical strength and moderate temperature and chemical resistance, making it suitable for industrial applications in contact with petroleum based fluids.
Nitrile rubber (NBR), also called (nitrile-butadiene rubber) an oil-resistant synthetic rubber produced from a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Its main applications are in fuel hoses, gaskets, rollers, and other products in which oil resistance is required.
In addition to its resistance to petroleum oils and aromatic hydrocarbons, NBR is highly resistant to mineral oils, vegetable oils, and many acids. It also has good elongation properties as well as adequate resilience, tensile and compression set
Limitation: Because of its cost, this elastomer is not usually recommended for applications where oil resistance is not a major problem. Where oil resistance is required, the cost is more than justifiable.
NITRILE RUBBER is generally attacked by Base, Strong acids, ozone, ketones, esters, aldehydes, chlorinated and nitro hydrocarbons
Oil resistant rubber (NBR) 65 Shore - 7-8Mpa in the form of rubber sheets has been designed primarily for use as a flexible strip, pad, lining or gasket and is mainly used for Sealing, Insulating, Isolating and Protecting steel or other surfaces. Its properties make it suitable for use in a wide range of applications including:
- Oil resistant flange gaskets on pipes and tanks, Oil and fuel seals
- Lining of pipes and tanks with oil
- Transfer and joining oil-resistant sleeves
- Camlock washers
- Insulating oil resistant rubber strips and Isolation barriers
- Oil resistant skirting rubber

Cloth inserted NBR Rubber
(NBR) Nitrile Rubber with cloth reinforcement Material Description Nitrile Rubber (NBR) with cloth reinforcement, also known as Buna-N with fabric, is one of the most commonly used sealing elastomers due to its resistance to petroleum-based fuels and lubricants and its relatively low price. Nitrile elastomers are copolymers of acrylonitriles and butadiene. The cloth inserted NBR sheeting material gives the polymer added&n..
Sponge NBR Sheeting
Sponge NBR Sheeting Cellular NBR sponge rubber is a type of rubber material that is formed when a foaming agent is introduced into rubber while it is being produced. The process results in an elastomer whose body features an air-filled matrix. The resulting rubber is ultimately more compressible than normal solid rubber counterparts. This particular closed cell sponge rubber is made of NBR. The result is a fantastic sponge rubber product that is affordable and..
