NBR X-rings
NBR Quad Rings also known as NBR X-rings are intended to be used in rotary seal applications and in this cases they outperform a conventional O-Ring.
The design of the NBR X-rings with four lobes produces a more stable seal that avoids spiral winding. This makes a smaller groove length possible than the one needed for a normal O-Ring. In a conventional O-Ring groove, however, the NBR X-rings can also be used.
NBR Quad Rings are of the same size as the AS568A O-Ring sizes, also referred to as standard O-Rings size and are available in a variety of materials.
