Thread Lock Adhesives
The use of WEICONLOCK thread locker prevents loosening of screwed joints (due to vibrations or corrosion). WEICONLOCK locks screws, nuts and stud bolts.
Threaded connections - the most common method of securing detachable parts, now is widely used in all engineering structures during assembly, installation and repair of equipment. Anaerobic threaded lockers WEICON allow eliminating the problem of loosening and leakage connections, as well as:
- preclude the weakening thread tightness in conditions of vibration or thermal expansion;
- provide corrosion protection;
- lubricate the threads, making it easy to assemble;
- provide sealing, eliminating the leak;
- allow for disassembly using hand tools for maintenance.
Thread lockers WEICON are anaerobic resistant to temperatures from -60 to + 230⁰S, withstand shock loads, and can be used even on slightly oily surfaces.
