Stainless check valves

Like other valves, stainless check valves are used with a variety of media: liquids, air, other gases, steam, condensate, and in some cases, liquids with fines or slurries.

Applications for the stainless check valves include pump and compressor discharge, header lines, vacuum breakers, steam lines, condensate lines, chemical feed pumps, cooling towers, loading racks, nitrogen purge lines, boilers, HVAC systems, utilities, pressure pumps, sump pumps, wash-down stations, and injection lines.

The stainless steel check valves come in alloy steel y-pattern and t-pattern designs, and offer critical protection for pumps and compressors in corrosive environments.

Materials of construction for the stainless check valve currently available are CF8M (type 316) , 304 and 321.  We offer stainles check valves with Flanged ends, socket-weld ends and threaded ends – both with bolted cap and threaded cap. 

We provide both full port and standard port stainless check valves. They’re suitable for many uses such as petrochemical, marine, food processing, and home brewing. 

The stainless check valves offer Excellent leak tightness, Low wear & corrosion resistance, Minimum cracking pressure starting from 0.01 bar as well as Low-noise opening & closing.
