We offer premium hydraulic hoses for almost any industrial hydraulic application. The Construction of hydraulic hoses includes at least three parts: an inner tube that carries the hydraulic fluid, a reinforcing layer and an external protective layer.
The inner tube of the hydraulic hose must have some flexibility and must be compatible with the type of fluid it carries. Often used compounds for the inner tube of the hydraulic hose include synthetic rubber, thermoplastics and PTFE.
The reinforcing layer of the hydraulic hose consists of one or more layers of braided wire, spiral wound wire or textile cords.
The outer layer is usually resistant to weathering, oil or abrasion, depending on the type of environment in which the hydraulic hose is working in.
Our hydraulic hoses are compatible with the SAE hose standards and can stand very high pressures up to 2500 bar.
