Polyurethane acoustic foam (DIN designation: PUR) is an anthracite-colored, open-pore foam with very good sound-absorbing properties.
Foams of this type are prepared on an ester or ether basis. An ether-based PU foam has very good aging resistance even at high air humidity. Our PUR foams convince through softness, elasticity and at the same time good dimensional stability.
These properties and the low weight make it a universally applicable sound absorber for a wide variety of applications. Due to the high temperature resistance and the physiological harmlessness, PUR acoustic foams are high quality and efficient sound absorbers.
Furthermore, flexible polyurethane foam can be easily cut with the cutter knife, fastened with screws or glued on with our special adhesive (only suitable for non-self-adhesive plates or product variants).
Regufoam
Our vibration-damping materials are made from high-quality pur foams of mixed cell structure and various densities. They are used for vibration damping and solid-borne noise insulation.
