Heavy Layers Sound Insulation

Heavy layers sound insulation is mainly used for insulation and damping of metal sheets and metal parts. It serves, for example, to prevent sheets on the roar.

This sound insulation in the form of heavy layers foil is used as well for lining in vehicles, in soundproof hoods and panels as well as doors, windows, roller shutter boxes and stairs.

Due to the small thickness, the Heavy Layers Sound Insulation can be used even in a limited space. Heavy foil Sound Insulation is particularly suitable where a product is needed for both airborne sound insulation and structure-borne sound attenuation.

Heavy Layers Sound Insulation combines the EVA plastic heavy-duty foil with a robust PUR ether acoustic foam with a black fleece surface.

This optimum combination achieves a sound-damping as well as a sound-absorbing effect, which leads to a particularly good overall result.
